DELIVERY, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Delivery and Shipments:
Your Lark & Berry purchase will be delivered fully insured by our trusted and trackable couriers and packaged beautifully in a luxe box, nestled under tissue paper.
Buying as a present? You can choose to add gift-wrapping as an extra option for free. This includes: a gorgeous L&B box wrapped in ribbon, tissue paper protecting the item, and a branded bag.
Same Day London Delivery
Same Day Delivery is available to locations up to 8 miles from our Marylebone shop in orders of £400 and above. Orders must be placed before 2pm and a signature upon delivery is required. To enquire about specific stock availability in London please e-mail us, call us or WhatsApp us. (All contact channels are available through the chat button on the bottom right of our website)
Within the UK delivery is £4.75 on orders below £250, and free on orders above £250. Deliveries generally take 1 day and will be next day delivery if ordered before 3pm the day before.
Within Europe, USA, Canada, and HK, delivery is £25 on orders below £400, and free on orders above £400.
For the rest of the world, delivery is £35 on orders below £500, and free on orders above £500.
Deliveries or in-stock items (not bespoke or made-to-order) generally take 1-2 days within UK, 3-5 days to Europe, USA, Canada & Australia and 3-7 days for the rest of the world.
On Sale Items and during Holiday Periods delivery times may vary because of the high volume of orders.
Due to COVID and recent Brexit changes, some orders might take longer to arrive outside of the UK dependent on customs clearance and courier availability.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are covered by Lark & Berry for most of the world. This includes UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico, most of Latin America, most of Asia and Australia. If you live in a country that does not allow certain imports or has excess restrictions and/or fees, we will contact you prior to shipping to discuss options. Track Your Order
All e-commerce purchases are fully trackable and you will receive an email shortly after shipping with tracking information.
Exchange & Returns
Sometimes, you just need to try on your purchases in the comfort of your own home. If you do need to return your Lark & Berry jewellery or accessories, you have 14 days from the date you received your online order to exchange or return for a refund. Made to order items are non refundable. Deposits for made to order items are non refundable.
Just make sure that your items are returned new, unused and are in the same condition as they were when purchased, complete with intact tags and packaging. Please note, tags that have been removed cannot be returned. Piercing items that come in a sterilised pack must be returned in the same unopened pack. Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and be sent back to you. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Returns and exchanges will be free for items that have also met the free shipping conditions within the USA, UK and Hong Kong. For items not meeting this condition or sent elsewhere, you will be responsible for the fee of the insured shipment back to us. This fee may be waived (depending on country) if item is to be exchanged for something of same or higher value.
Purchases in store will not be refunded, but can be exchanged within 14 days.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your online return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 52a George St London GB W1U 7EA.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
