Custom Engagement Ring - 10/10 start to finish

I couldn't recommend Lark & Berry enough. When starting the engagement ring journey I set out having absolutely zero knowledge on engagement rings, what anything meant, or let alone what I wanted for my partner. I had an initial call with a few different jewellers, and Emily at Lark & Berry stood out by a mile. She was personable and instantly gave me reassurance and confidence in her expertise, and it was a no brainer that she was right for the job.

We worked with some of the rings she has on her website as the starting point, along with some pictures I found online. Over the next few months she guided me through an excellent process with quick iterations and comprehensive opinions / perspectives, and excellent creativity that made the whole process feel comfortable and a less daunting than I'd expected.

The end result is phenomenal, and beyond anything I could've imagined. The quality of the ring is incredibly intricate and the diamond is immaculate.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lark & Berry to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

Beautiful Custom Made Engagement & Wedding Rings

I found Lark & Berry online whilst searching for my Engagement Ring and booked an appointment, in person, with my fiancé to go to London. Our appointment was with Emily and we arrived an hour early but were welcomed and settled in after being introduced to Emily.

Emily was lovely and immediately made us feel at ease. She clearly knew her stuff and was great at coming up with ideas/suggestions and we left having had a great experience.

Over the coming months Emily was very patient with me and all my questions. By my own admission I'm extremely picky and very indecisive but Emily was always more than happy to help and kept in touch with us regularly.

I couldn't be happier with my rings and the whole experience. I would thoroughly recommend Lark & Berry and Emily to anyone looking for that unique and special experience of having a custom ring made.

Great buying experience for an engagement ring

I am very happy with my experience at Lark&Berry especially with Emily who supported me through the whole buying experience. I bought a bracelet and an engagement ring. I was very afraid of the whole process especially considering I did not have the possibility to visit the shop often. I cannot thank The Mail enough as this is where I first heard of Lark & Berry; such an interesting article that I decided to visit the shop. I met with Emily; who was extremely helpful, informative and knew exactly what I wanted! Within days, Emily sent me drawings and my ring was chosen! Five weeks later and I have received my jewellery and I am absolutely blown away! This is by far the most beautiful ring I have ever seen; the detail is spectacular.
