This ring is created to your confirmed size, metal and stone specification. Once production begins, it cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a change of mind. Rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods remain unaffected, as does the lifetime warranty for eligible manufacturing defects.
