Only those 18+ years of age may enter the competition.
The winner of the grand prize must cover the shipping cost and taxes if they are outside the U.K.
The winner of the prize must allow us to film their winning experience and prize when they are in our shop if they opt to come and pick it up.
Grand Prize winner will receive items from our existing collections valued up to £5000. Please note, only in-stock items are eligible for this prize; made-to-order items are not included.
The winner must coordinate their shop visit with us in advance. This will allow us to prepare the items and to have the videographer present at the shop to assist and document your experience.
if the prize needs to be shipped, this will be done after the winner is announced. Please note that clearance takes some time so we don’t guarantee the delivery on time for the holiday season.
Similarly, the winner of any item(s) must be the recipient of the prize; these cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. All prizes are final and are not eligible for return or refund. Please ensure you understand and agree with these conditions before entering the competition.
The winner is required to get in touch with us or respond to our notification within one week of the winner announcement. Furthermore, the winner must claim their prize (even if planning to pick it up at a later date) within this one-week timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the prize, which will then be awarded to the next eligible participant.
We may select one winner from IG and one from Tiktok for the grand prizes.
All participants grant us the rights to use their submitted videos, or the videos created by us, free of charge, for the promotion of our brand, the piercing experience, and the competition. Furthermore, entrants consent to have their videos uploaded to a public platform (such as IG or TiktoK) for the purpose of viewer voting to determine the competition winners.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in United Kingdom having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
