Online jewellery design does not have to mean choosing from a finished shelf or beginning a full bespoke commission. A Studio can give you a defined piece to shape, with a designer still there for the decisions that need one.

Ready-made jewellery begins with a completed design. You choose the available product options and buy the piece as it is offered.
Studio-made jewellery begins with a considered architecture, then lets you direct particular choices within it: proportion, stone, cut, colour, metal, setting or composition. Bespoke begins with your own brief and develops the piece with a designer from the beginning.

Enough freedom to make it feel like yours.
The exact choices depend on the Studio. In the Earring Studio, you can compose a pair through stone shape, scale, colour, setting, metal and deliberate asymmetry. In the Tennis Studio, you can direct length, stone scale, cut, colour pattern, setting and metal. The Ear Styling Studio helps you build a composition around real fine-piercing pieces and placement.
The Imagination Studio is different again: it turns a story or first thought into a private visual direction for a designer conversation. It is a starting point for a commission, rather than a technical design file.

A visual concept helps communicate the overall direction, colour, proportion and mood of a design. It does not confirm the exact certified stone, its facet pattern, final stone matching, construction, production feasibility or final appearance.
Your selected specifications remain the authoritative brief. Before production, the jewellery team confirms the exact materials, suitability, quotation and practical details that belong to the finished piece.
Some directions can be ordered; others need a conversation.
A made-to-order Tennis or Earring Studio design can be added to bag when its configuration is available for purchase. Ear Styling combines real pieces from the collection, including any made-to-order items shown in the selection. A saved Studio design can also be sent to a designer when you would like a second opinion before buying.
An Imagination Studio concept is not an instant production order. It carries the brief into a designer conversation, where the design and quotation can be refined responsibly.
Sometimes the design needs a wider conversation.
Choose a bespoke conversation when you want a wholly new silhouette, an unusual engineering detail, a sentimental or supplied stone, an uncommon material, a complex matching project or a piece built around a specific story.
It is also the right route when the timing is unusually important, your budget needs a more individual balance, or you want a designer to explore options beyond the Studio's defined system.
The short answers.
Is Studio-made jewellery bespoke? Not in the full sense. It is a personal design within a defined Lark & Berry system, with personal confirmation before a made-to-order piece is created.
Can a designer help with a Studio design? Yes. Send your configuration when you would like guidance on proportion, colour, stone matching, production or an adjustment outside the available choices.
Will the final piece look exactly like the screen? The design direction and selected specifications guide the piece, but a screen preview or generated concept is not a substitute for the exact final materials and craftsmanship. Those details are confirmed before production.
