The Academy Awards this year were again host-less, but that just gave Billy Porter an even bigger chance to shine as he and American singer-songwriter Janelle Monae lit up the stage with a medley performance thematically highlighting the night's nominees.
Our jaws were on the floor when Billy came tearing onto the stage singing Elton John's 'I'm Still Standing,' wearing outrageously fabulous wardrobe, complemented perfectly by all 64.5 carats of our cultured diamonds necklace plus other Lark & Berry jewellery.

The Academy Awards wouldn't be what it is today if it weren't for all the glorious history of awards broadcasts past. There were several montages during the broadcast Sunday honouring past stars, and many legends were presenters. Lark & Berry was proud to have been worn by Academy Award nominee and 'Blacklist' star Christine Lahti, sporting our Double Veto Ring & Veto Hoop on Sunday.
How's about all that for Oscar presence with our disrupting diamonds? Oh, wait, one last mention. Elton John's presence was felt big time at the Academy Awards on Sunday with his original song for his own movie biopic having won the award for Best Original Song (and don't forget about Billy Porter singing some bars of Elton John in the opening of the show).
